This year, we started 6th year of our Trainee program which aims to educate talents for junior positions in key departments. In previous years, we managed to educate a number of experienced employees whose career keeps successfully developing.
Each participant in the Trainee program will be completely acquainted with the operation of the company and gradually included in common working process in order to enable him/her, after six months, which is the duration of the program, to manage independently resolve and fulfil assigned tasks, bear responsibility for the tasks, and be prepared to manage a junior position. Within the Trainee program, the participants will pass many internal and external events and will be included in various projects. The program completes with processing final work focused on assigned specialist topic.
Who are we looking for?
The Trainee program is an opportunity for all university graduates focused on medicine, health care, pharmacy, finance, trade, and marketing. The advantages include:
- Good language skills (English is obligatory, in the export and marketing departments it is beneficial to know Russian and other foreign languages)
- Work experience during studying university
